Brewmasters

The Greenhouse is hosting its first annual Science Fair. Because we had so much fun touring Rock Bottom in September, Charlie decided to brew some root beer, as his science experiment. We found this recipe, and got started.

Equipment and Supplies~
Starting with sugar~

Now yeast~

We're using two different kinds of sugar (raw and white) and two different kinds of yeast (baking and brewing) to see either ferments faster.
