Chuck

Charlie has his friends at the Greenhouse call him Chuck. When I was pregnant with him, and we were discussing names, I loved the name Charles, but only with "Charlie" as the nickname. Perhaps Chaz, but never Chuck! A couple of years ago, he was an exterminator for Halloween, and I made a patch for his shirt that had "Chuck" in script, as a joke. Well, it stuck.

Seeing this picture made me think, how, soon his friends will be doing that ultimate guy-gang thing - referring to him by last name. It makes me sad, but also excited, to see who he is, and will be, becoming.
