After a
really pleasant fall, we finally welcomed winter in with our first snow. Sledding is one of our favorite cold-weather activities. Today we (meaning, the boys) were out on the hill for almost 3 hours! Mary and I hung out in the car, napping (Mary) and reading and visiting with Tracy (mama). Sam came back exhausted~
But felt better after warming up with some hot cocoa~
15 minutes later, Charlie and Cole drag themselves back~
It was
cold, especially with the wind. But everyone had a lot of fun. It's one of the benefits of homeschooling - sledding during the day, when it's warmer and not crowded :) Well, that and
brewery tours...
